    As far as I can tell 350 is a lifetime PR it was a pretty solid 9.5. This isn't scheduled stuff but because of work I'm just kind of winging it as I go. Keeping the heading so I can reference it in the future

    As long as this new program/scheme of yours produces something other than more 'embarrassment' to yourself, M-T, and the entire strength-training community (although it's really only 'M-Ts' reputation I'm actually concerned about).
