First night of squatting after my session with Danielle. I am going to start video of all my sessions of I can.
After reviewing my videos, I was on my toes tonight. I have to concentrate on staying on my heels for now. I had a really good bar path during my session, tonight not so much. I am going to deload all the way back to 135 to get my form right and try to squat 3x per week. Squat is my most concerning lift so it's important for me to work on it.
