First really hot day here in NY, 94 at noon. Took some time getting ambitious enough to go out to the garage.

Supposed.to DL today.I.was.feeling something in my right thigh on the inside since.last.nite. went to warm up.after rowing and Rev hyper.on second.set with 135 knew it.was better to.stop. I believe it is a.strained glacis.I just did some standing presses and pull.downs and called it a day .wrapped my thigh and.will.ice tonite .
