I had my grandson video the sqts , I sure thought I was going lower. They were just to parallel . I am hoping I can start using a straight bar soon. The DB bench was a little too heavy, I should have not raised th weight. One more WO on Friday, then going on a cruise to Halifax and Boston for the 4th . I'm sure they have a gym on the ship, but I think I take a break and just do some walking .
Thanks John, I was supposed to DL today, but didn't happen I went to do my warmups but my right leg gave me some grief.I did the presses and pulldowns same weights as last week and called it a day.
Sunday 7/9/17
Back from my vacation. I didn't do any WO on the ship. They did have a fitness center on the ship,it was the Queen Mary 2, a rather large ship. Plus I caught a cold on the second day so decided to save my energy .
I have been doing some reading on Dave Drapper's site and decided to try something different for the rest of the summer . I am going to use lighter weights and higher reps, more of a BB type program. I really need to drop 12 lbs and get down to 200 since I know doing so will reduce my BP.
