    I miss Oldster. I wrote him awhile back after he stopped posting and he was doing well.

    I hope he comes back to the forums.
    Me too. I met him in person once and I credit much of my "success" with benching from what he taught me - it was more than form tweaks too but those were helpful. He's a great guy.

    I'm a bit jealous. That's cool you got to meet him.

    B Squat: 330 x 3s x 5r
    Bench: 230 x 3s x 3r
    Bench: 210 x 2s x 5r
    Bent Over Rows: 215 x 3s x 5r
    Barbell Curls: 90lb x 4s x 10r
    Tricep Pushdown: 85lb x 4s x 10r

    Back squats felt stupidly easy. Which was awesome.

    I'm hoping the arm work will help me break through some plateaus in my bench and overhead press.

    "r" = reps
    "s" = sets

    I do it in a different order than a lot of people, so I specify reps and sets.

    I do it the same way as you. Odd, because I didn't notice the "s" when I asked.

    B Squat: 335 x 3s x 5r
    Bench: 230 x 3s x 3r
    Bench: 210 x 3s x 5r
    P Clean: 185 x 1s x 2r
    Good Mornings: 280 x 3s x 5r
    Barbell Curl: 90 x 4s x 10r
    Barbell Curl: 100 x 1s x 5r
    Tricep Pushdown: 85 x 4s x 10r
    Tricep Pushdown: 100 x 1s x 5r

    Wanted to get 3s x 3r on the Power Clean. Stopped because I wasn't that explosive. Maybe this is because I haven't done power cleans in awhile. Maybe it's because I worked out around 6pm and hadn't eaten yet.

    Squats felt good. Benching 230 felt easier than it has in a long time. Not sure why. Maybe my arms were such a weak link that introducing arm work a week ago is already making a difference.

    Deadlift: 505 x 1 x 1 (NEW PR)
    Bench: 245 x 1 x 1

    Today was technically an off day. Was just going to do some squats and bench for junk volume. Both Squat racks were taken though so I decided to go for a new deadlift PR instead.

    Excited to hit it.

    Bench, obviously, still has a disproportionate amount of room for improvement relative to other lifts.

    The yoga is a lot harder than you'd think it would be.
