    Squat 260 x 2 x 1
    Bench 180 x 2 x 3
    Deadlift --

Squats were just a pile of fail. First set got one rep, then crashed the second. One got one on the second set as well, didn't try the second.
Bench actually was grindy but a success.
Deadlift. What. The. ACTUAL. FUCK. The 255lb warmup didn't break the platform. I called time of death on the second attempt with it.

    Squat 210 x 5, 5, 5, 5, 1
    SOHP 85 x 5 x 5
    Deadlift --

Something tweaked enough in my lower left spine just above the glutes on the first rep of set five on squats; bailed out on more reps. This also prevented deadlifts; the 95lb warmup set felt achy and that was it.

    Squat 185 x 2 x 8
    Bench 125 x 2 x 8
    Pendlay row 95 x 2 x 8

So. light session. dialed everything back to 70% and did 2x8 each. nothing tweaked.

Also, sleep has been bad, and the few neurons I have left finally fired and reminded me allergy season is here. I'm on the cocktail of Zyrtec, Mucinex, saline rinses, and Flonase - nd when it gets worse, Benadryl to sleep.

    Squat 220 x 5 x 5
    Bench press 145 x 5 x 5
    Deadlift 240 x 3 x 5

Squats were kind of hard. To help, I'm doing single step out of the rack and getting to it as fast as I can get set. It wastes less energy and prevents my persistent forward lean - because if I do I'm going to hit the J-hooks. SQuatting while wearing bifocals in interesting.
Bench press flw up; I could he bumped this to 150 or 152.5.
Deadlift went okay, so long as I take the extra half-second to SQUEEZE before liftoff.

Fuckin' a man. Fuckin' a. God damned great session.

    Squat 180 x 2 x 8
    Seated OHP 75 x 2 x 8
    Pendlay row 105 x 2 x 8

Light day, felt okay. Still have DOMS from squats on volume day along both inner thighs.

    Squat 250 x 2 x 3
    Bench press 170 x 2 x 3
    Deadlift 275 x 2 x 3

Deload, deload, deload. Everything was hard as hell on the last warmup, so all numbers come down.

    Squat 210 x 5 x 5
    SOHP 87.5 x 5 x 5
    Deadlift 240 x 3 x 5

Set two on squats was just perfect - right foot position, right bar path, nice bounce out of the hole, just beautiful.
Everything else up as expected - not brutal hard, but not easy.

    Very nice and fun session.

    Squat 215 x 5 x 5
    Bench 145 x 5 x 5
    Deadlift 240 x 3 x 5

Squats left more like 240 than 215. Decent session after worked forced me off the schedule

    starting strength coach development program
    Squat 251.25 x 2 x 3
    Bench 171.25 x 2 x 3
    Deadlift 280 x 2 x 3

Squats were just a total mess. First set was loose and sloppy as hell throughout, second was tighter but pancaked and too much head-up positioning, and grindy.
Benches continued the saga of looseness on the first set, but the second was solid.
Deadlifts went up pretty well. Second rep of the second set needed a little more squeezing but came up in spite of itself.
