Hey man, just saw your response in your press thread up above. Checking in to mark, I'm interested to see how you like Savickas press!

    Savickas press 60 x 5, 5, 10

These are hard as fuck. First set was rough, the second better, the third was, well ten reps. There's definitely a learning curve to setting up for these.

They feel like a great accessory to conventional OHP.

    Squats 215 x 3 x 5

Didn't suck. Set one rep five went forward, the rest were great. Lost some tightness on the last set for rep two and three.

Up forty points in three weeks. Now I remember why I like LP. Fifty-five pounds to go.

    Bench press 145 x 3 x 5

Only problems were on set two, where I didn't get my scapulae set quite right. Not tragic at 145lbs, but wouldn't hve been good at 190lbs.
Noticed I lead with the right arm first just a little. That's got to go.

    Squat 220 x 3 x 5
    Deadlift 240 x 3

Squats, easy. Very little forward drift on set two for reps two and four, otherwise very nice indeed.
I just ran out of gas on deadlifts. Rep three was a little away from my shins and that was that.

So, looks like I either split off the second session of deads to Saturday, or shift to deads heavy / light.

Current time-crush daily program looks like this:

    Monday: Squat and deadlift
Tuesday: OHP (still looking at seated vs kneeling)
    Wednesday: Squat
    Thursday: Bench
    Friday: Squat
Saturday: Deadlift, Savickas press, LTE (chins and/or pendlay rows?)

    Squat 225 x 3 x 5
    Deadlift 240 x 5

Set three rep four was forward. All others were good because I kept tight throughout.
SQUEEZE and PUSH THROUGH HEELS rocketed the deadlifts off the platform. I'm taking what feels like ten seconds between reps toward the end, but a win is a win.

    Bench press 150 x 3 x 5

As easy as breaking glass. Starting to think two days off in a row might be better.
