    Chins [45˚]: BWx10, BWx9, BWx8, BWx6 [Don't realize how much the deadlift uses the lats until I try to do chins the next day. Didn't make at least 10x3 so I added an extra set.]
    Hammer Curl: 40x10, 40x10
    Seated DB Press: 50x6, 50x8

    My erratic schedule resulted in lots of DOMS today from my squats and deadlifts on Saturday. Had the flu from 6/2 through 6/9 and missed last Monday's session because I felt exhausted still (probably a left over from the flu). Now I have a colonoscopy scheduled for this Thursday with the liquid diarrhea (diarrhoea for our friends in the UK) diet on Wed. Plan to be back on schedule by next Monday.

    Chins [45˚]: BWx6, (BW+25)x4, (BW+25)*4, (BW+25)*5 Since March my bodyweight has increased from 177 to 185. I think this is hurting my chin numbers.
    Incline Press: 95x5, 135x5, 135x6
    BB Curls: (90x7)x2
    Rev Curls: (80x8)x2
    Dips: BWx8, (BW+25)x5, (BW+25)x7

    Back on schedule now.
