    NOTES:
Snatches were ho-hum. Need to concentrate to keep the bar from drifting back on the left side at lockout, putting unwanted strain on that shoulder. And getting some actual speed with the pull under. Or any kind of pull under at all...

    Last set of snatches:

Pull a tad faster off the floor (your knees will move out of the way) and keep that increased speed going...for the pull under, think about arriving at the catch with a snap...as if you have just teleported through space and "arrived" instantly at that position.

It may feel like you are short-stroking it but you won't be.

Thanks for the advice, Chris! I will do my best to put it to use when I try the olympic lifts again (next week, hopefully). My stupid wrist has started to flare up, so I'm being uber cautious and laying off it until it returns to baseline. I ordered a pair of nice(r) wrist wraps which I'll be wearing when that time comes. Crossing my fingers that'll be enough to keep me healthy and build some momentum, because I don't want another several months to wither away after just a few weeks of resuming the quick lifts.

I try to do my bro sessions right, although I ran out of time before I could devote a proper hour to curls.

    NOTES:
Guess I'll do back squats and some non-explosive pulls until my wrist is normal. Fortunately, I used my better judgment (for once) and did not just say 'fuck it' and try to do cleans anyway. That was the right call.

Those slow eccentric pause squats yesterday made my knees feel like butter.

    Sweet Squat PR's.

The wrist wraps should hopefully do the trick...I was trying to avoid saying you look like you're protecting it quite a bit.
