Hey Vans, I think its given my a slight cardio boost and a slight fat loss. For example I boxed for 45 minutes today, and I was able to "keep my wind" for the duration. Likely not true 2 weeks ago, or in 2 weeks if I stopped. I think you've mentioned that it can drive you insane and it has done that for me in the past too. However, at this moment, I'm feeling "strong enough" and would like to trim up a bit from my roughly 218 lb weight to be closer to 200.

Bench Press: 135 x 5, 185 x 1, 225 x 1, 275 x 2r x 3s, 250 x 2r x 2s, 225 x 8...225 for eight felt fairly easy!

Incline TM: 30 min / Avg HR 135....new plan is 15 minutes of 2mph then ramp it up and down to 3mp to keep things interesting.

Deadlift: 135 x 3, 225 x 1, 325 x 1, 375 x 5, 375 x 5, *realized only 4 reps were prescribed*, 375 x 4rs 3s
Brought the hands in, brought the feet in, felt pretty good. Have reset my DL max to 450-475 and that's about accurate. Hopefully i can get that up north of 500 and hold it, but seems very tough for me if I want to keep BW closer to 200 than 220 (and I do).

Squats: Light to warm up the legs
Deadlifts: 135 x 5, 225 x 3, 275 x 1, 315 x 1, 365 x 1, 415 x 1, 455 x 2...pretty damn hard, probably a limit double but felt good. 91% of my all time max and 96% of my
2" deficit Stiff Leg Deads: 3 x 5 x 225...smoked and somewhat dogged these weight wise
