Exhausted from some home projects today and the voice in my head really wanted to wimp out of this workout, especially since it's Friday night. Once I got moving it was good.
My big half rack is now moved to the garage and for sale on CL. Mixed emotions, but it was made redundant by my York rack and is too tall for my basement. I decided to try and sell or trade instead of chopping it down to a better basement height. The gym feels downright empty with that monster out of it. If it doesn't sell, it's getting chopped shorter and repainted to match the York rack.
