    I remember seeing the old video where you dead-lifted 395 for 5x5, with relative ease.
    You were well on your way to 600 for a single -- I hope you decide to pursue your original goal again; your performance was quite good.

    Will is too modest to reveal that he's been working hard and multitasking on some other projects for the last couple years, namely appearing on the Bachelorette twice I think, and doing some modeling work. So you'll have to excuse some of his lifts taking a hit, which is quite understandable given the circumstances. The selfie he posted a few posts ago doesn't really do him justice either, check out these proper photos:

    Unfortunately I don't have it but I just figured out how to make space on my camera phone (woah that's actually an obsolete term isn't it?) so that shouldn't be a problem anymore.

    High Bar Squat

    I'm trying to jump now before I squat. This is the second time I've done that now. I had been really spotty and have just been spinning my wheels whenever i do get around to it. Right now I'm going in every day alternating squat and oly pulls. Basically I just gave squats a separate day. The pulls alternate between heavy clean pulls and power snatch with straps. I like it a lot right now. I am actually not frustrated! We'll see how this goes. I'd like to keep this up as long as possible and just tweak the sets and reps. And I need to manage long term fatigue better so this can actually be sustainable and productive.

    Single leg jumper eh...nice. Looks like a 35-37" jump based on how high your head gets. You are 6 feet correct?

    I can't jump for shit off of one leg. 30-31" is my single leg running max.
