    Squat: 295,305,315
    Press: 155,165
    Pull ups: 10
    BW: 202
    Sleep: 5.5 hrs

    Really happy with this actually. Maintained 100% of my Press strength and about 94% of my squat. I wasn't sure I was gonna be able to squat over 300. Got the Bench and Deadlift test later this week. Then ready to make some gains.

    Deadlift: 345
    Max Pull ups: 11
    BW: 203
    Sleep: 8.5 hrs

    Very happy with this. Bench is just as strong as it was before. I don't like going absolutely all out on the deadlift due to my past back issues. I'm very happy with this. Going to start my DUP program next week. I'll post it later.
