    Slowly reverse dieting my way back up. On 2300 calories now. Going to increase 150 a week to maintenance then back into a bulk.

    Used the last notch on my belt for the first time. This was kind of my goal from the start. That's two belt notches lost. Upping the cals another 150 this week to 2600. Very happy with where I'm at. Now I'm ready for some gains.
