    Yesterday was a rest day. It's going to be hard to do much on a Wednesday for a while. CBT session in the morning and long day at work.

    Very long & stressy day yesterday.

    Did some yoga this morning.

    4.6 mile run at lunch.

    Yesterday (17/2) was a rest day. Had to have a blood test in the morning & then just didn't find time.

    Weight this morning 11st 6lbs.

    Sat. 18th. Heavy bag session.
    Sun. 19th. Short run (~2 miles).
    Mon. 20th. Gym
    Squats: 100kg - 5x5.
    Pull ups (5kg on belt): 8, 8, 7.
    Bench Press was busy so:
    Dips (10kg on belt): 8, 9, 8.

    Not deliberately losing weight, just lost interest in food.

    Got out for my 4.6 mile run at lunchtime, Doing it a little faster currently - about 39 minutes.

    Yesterday was a rest day. Very stressful day at work. Survived it though.
    Today did some Yoga. Aiming to go running, if Storm Doris not too extreme.

    Did my 4.6 mile run.
    Didn't go to kickboxing. It's just that kind if a week.

    Ought to be a better week coming up. Although, I probably won't get to the gym tomorrow due to some jobs I need to do in my lunch hour.
