1.5mi walk w/ the dogs (actually, done this multiple times this week, but figured I'd log the extra activity)
Funny, but I look at these TWO workouts, yes 2, and aside from the walking, think it looks like some people's ONE workout. The squat/bench session took me around 1hr 20min or so. The 2nd workout took about 45 minutes I think. I dunno if people really have 2 hour workouts (and still productive) multiple times a wee, or if I am just a sandbagger.
