grip slipped on 353x3 on last rep and I felt a twinge in my lower back.. near left lower side.. probably SI. rested 7 mins and did 1 single to see gauge how bad it was, and still felt funky. decided it wasnt worth the risk and shut it down. hung on the inversion table for 2 mins.

Well, I expected 285 to be an @8, so that was a shocker..
What do you think happened?
Feel like I just collapsed in the hole.. it is the SSB afterall. Never had that much weight on my back w/ that bar, so could just be not enough exposure to heavier weight... Or, maybe not recovered from Friday's workout. I spent 2 hours Saturday doing yard work, then another 4 at the pool drinking beer.
May try again later this week. I'm going to Key West for a wedding and will be gone 4 days after.
