You need a more positive training log name. Best of luck.

Trap bar dead, low handle grip:
    1x5 265 lbs
I triggered the vibration alarm on my cellar window dropping the weight on the next to last rep, throwing my concentration off for a few secs.

    Standing OHP:
    1x4 115 lbs

Did a couple of sets of barbell squats with no weight to work my knee ROM and for general flexibility. Getting down close to parallel. I think I'll do these every day for warmups.

    Squats 3x5 95lbs

That's not a typo, 95lbs. Just broke in my new $47 Nordic Lifting knee supports I bought off Amazon . They're worth more than my knees. Without them my knees would be on fire.

Trap bar dead, low handle grip:
    1x5 270 lbs

    Standing OHP:
    1x3 115 lbs

I think I may reset back 10lbs to get 5 reps and work up again

Knees feel OK, I'll keep adding weight until knees don't feel good

I think I'm going to spring for a new bar. The 2 I inherited are over 50 years old, bent and worn out.
