I think with the presses I am going to adjust the weight and sets according to how I feel that day

I believe that we all know our own body best and if we are serious about trying to improve strength we should do what feels right to us on that given day. On my last workout I had planned to do some lite sqts and DL. On the WU my hamstring cramped up, so I tried squating to my bench. Later i did some rack DL from the knee, it may not be ideal but was better then going inside and watching TV.

Jerry, I've been going full out for about 6 months and feel I'm starting to burn out a little in addition to getting a sore back. I'm going to back off 5-10% and slowly build back up, and hopefully get stronger
