Missed the second half of the week, away with family and friends for the bank holiday weekend.
Tuesday 18th April
Squat 75kg x 5,5,5
Bench 65kg x 5,5,5
Chins (-9kg) x 8 then a couple of lighter sets
Good session, bit rushed but hit all my reps.
Next up is going for 52.5kg Press on Thursday or Friday, would be an all-time PR if I hit it.

Press 52.5kg x 2,2,2 (maybe 11 days break before going for PR presses isn't a good idea...)
DL 95kg x 5 (was a real struggle too!)
Chins BW x 3,3,2,2,2
Well not a great session, back to it on Tuesday I guess though!

Bench 67.5kg x 5,5,5
Chins (-9)kg x 9 and a few more sets
Squats 75kg x 5, 80kg x 5
Squat rack only opened at last minute and was no 1.25kg plates handy. Rushed those 2 sets in... will probably do 77.5kg 3x5 next session.

Clean then Press 45kg x 5,5,6
DL 100kg x 5, 70kg x5,5
Chins (-9kg) x 12 then a few more sets
Very happy with hitting all my reps despite a very cramped gym! This is my second option since it always gets full but closer to home so I had prepared mentally for cleaning those presses up

Chins (-4.5)kg x 8 and a few drop sets
Could've made that last rep but no spotter so didn't bother to risk it. Didn't have time to squat, so going to try and get Squat, Press AND Deadlift in on Thursday.

Am not used to deadlifting after squatting! Legs werent feeling great beforehand, so happy with those squats.
Going to do some hanging leg raises for core then head home. No energy/time for press.

This afternoon I'm deadlifting straight after work since I couldn't get it in last night. Got some liquid chalk so hoping that'll counteract the fact I'm a bit tired off yesterday's session.

Some Barbell Rows with 40kg
Didn’t increase the squats as it was a choice of 85 or 90 and I’m going hiking on Saturday and didn’t want the DOMs of a 5kg jump.
Think my hamstrings are fairly tight for bent over rows, need to work on my flexibility, a lot.
