33 year old male.
5'6" 193lbs
Former small college football player. Spent a few years after that working on my beach muscles and a little bit of Crossfit. I've spent the past 5 years doing a bunch running and biking (duathlons) with a few half-marathons sprinkled in. In the past year I've pretty much given up on the running and duathlons due to achilles tendonitis. I started lifting again this past November with a lil bit of Crossfit mixed in. Been reading Practical Programming... and just want see just how strong I can get on some of the basic barbell movements.
