Thanks! Let's just say it was a good week for Rip to come out with his "is physical therapy a fraud?" podcast.

7/7/2017 - high box squat, pause bench, rack pull - YouTube

    High box squat 85 3x20
(I obviously can't count this high. I always do 17...)

    Competition pause bench 205 3x5

    Rack pull 105 3x15

No pain on anything. Hip flexor felt a little tight after squats. We'll see how increasing the ROM goes next week.

7/10/2017 - box squat, press, RDL, Pull ups - YouTube

High box squat (2" lower than last week) 95 3x15
    Press 120 3x5
    RDL 125 3x10
    Pullups 9, 6, 4

No real pain to speak of. The hip feels a little... "crowded" (is the best way I can describe it) at the bottom. But no pain.

7/12/2017 - High Box Squats, Pause Bench Press, RDL - YouTube

    High Box Squats 115 3x15
    Pause Bench 225 3x5
    RDL 135 3x10

Still no pain. Uncomfortable feeling, but it's not supposed to be 100% right?

Definitely feel a tendency to favor my left side. Hard to feel right (operative side) glute doing any work. But I know it's impossible for it not to be....

Shouldn't have made a 20lb jump on squats. Didn't feel great in my hip flexor, but it didn't hurt either

7/18/2017 Box Squat, Bench Press, RDL - YouTube

    Box Squat (17") 115 3x10
Pause Bench 235 3x5 (lest rep wasn't paused)
    RDL 155 3x10

Droped the weight a bit on the squats because 135 made the hip flexor quite unhappy. This new ROM felt okay though

7/20/2017 Box Squat, Press, RDL, Chins - YouTube

    Box Squats (17") 125 3x10

    RDL 155 3x10
    Chins 10, 6, 4

Squats probably felt the best they ever have. Hip flexor didn't feel bad and I didn't really feel myself trying to use my left side more than my right. Very happy. Looking forward to seeing a plate on there Saturday.

7/24/2017 Box Squat, Press, DL, Pull ups - YouTube

    Box Squat (15.5") 145 3x8
    Press 145 3x5
    DL 205 3x5
    Pullups 10, 7, 4

No pain. I'm liking that I'm getting somewhere closer to actual depth! Presses felt light. Enjoying this whole recovery LP. Since I never did a proper novice LP I am liking being able to add weight each session!
