    Your back is jacked!

Glad to see you using the CoC grippers!
Based on your doh deadlift your grip is way stronger than mine, so I think you can move up form the T.

Just building up some volume. I noticed the disparity between hands growing and would like to close the gap. The same day I closed the #2 with my right hand, it was comparatively more of a struggle to get the #1 with my left.

I doubt there's much of a disparity between our grip strengths. I'll bet you get 405x5 DOH right meow if you tried.

New logs feel like fresh starts! Good luck with the LP/recovery. Don't worry about where the weights start, it's better to keep momentum than to start too heavy. Besides, you could be a back model for any anatomy classes your school might have as a side gig.

    Exactly my thoughts, Mr. K.

Haha, not a gig I want, as all the models we had this year were expired!

    NOTES:
-Was coaching a couple of fellow med students toward the tail end of my workout who challenged me to add a plate with chin-ups, hence the heavier singles.
-Tried to focus more on bar path with my squats, and kept a pretty deliberate tempo (until fatigue caught up with me on the very last rep)

    Last work set, HBBS 300x5:

That's some serious chin work there. Have you been programming chins regularly?
