Also, some supported dumbell rows, a few pull downs and another rehabby thing my shoulder guy showed me.
Planned to do another set of 5 with 305 but a little ham string pull I've been nursing decided to act up. I was happy I could dead lift ok. Stayed away from presses, except for a few OH presses warming up to squat.
So many broken bits right now, sad.

As always a few light presses to warm the shoulders up. The shoulder pain was still distracting in low bar position, but I didn't feel like some of my muscles were warring against other muscles in response to the pain.
Also, my shoulders feel the best they have in a couple of months today (Thursday). I'll see how some medium bench and OH press feel on Saturday.

Shoulder pain is still somewhat distracting when squatting, but getting a little better, I think.

Just some light low rep sets of press, a few easy sets of pull Ups, some curls and supported dumbbell rows. Playing the angles I can manage with my shoulder.
