    Dodloft 185, 195, 205, 215, 225 all x5@10 (but easier than last week, the extra day between squats and dl definitely helped)
    Bench with chains, settled on 100kg + chains for triples
    Pull-ups 8, 6x6

    Bench 140x1pr. 142.5f. 3 Plates at last! 140 wasn't a limit rep but felt a twinge in my left pec off my chest on the 142.5 so called it a day

    Farmers walks up to handles+80 each side. Just finding the weight, 70 felt about right to start
