Thanks. I'm paying for it with some DOMS, but it's not as bad as it could be.
I can't seem to push the other lifts like I do the squat. Bench I just run out of gas and fail. The press... well screw the press that just sucks. Deadlift I can't find the balance, I either don't do enough to drive progress or I do too much and destroy myself.

I have the beginnings of a cold, so I may be a mess in a little while. I was able to get some good lifting in this morning though.
DL went pretty well. I didn't start seeing stars until I switched to SLDL.
