    yeah, I've been finding there is a definite work capacity adaptation to doing 8s

    Cool, kids are fun (usually). They do make spur of the moment things much more difficult or impossible to do, at least when they're little.

    Thanks. I'm paying for it with some DOMS, but it's not as bad as it could be.

    I can't seem to push the other lifts like I do the squat. Bench I just run out of gas and fail. The press... well screw the press that just sucks. Deadlift I can't find the balance, I either don't do enough to drive progress or I do too much and destroy myself.

    I have the beginnings of a cold, so I may be a mess in a little while. I was able to get some good lifting in this morning though.

    DL went pretty well. I didn't start seeing stars until I switched to SLDL.
