I guess it's about another month. Each wave is four weeks long (3 work, 1 deload) and the waves are 10s, 8s, 5s, 3s. Despite dreading double digit DL sets the higher volume at lighter weight than I'm used to has been a nice change.

So far I'm feeling pretty good with the exception of squats bothering my elbows. I think I need to adjust my grip a bit, but I'm having trouble figuring out what works.

Cool. I also enjoyed the change of pace of higher reps when I was doing the power building program and I also experienced some elbow discomfort on higher rep squat sets. I never quite mastered it, but it helped me to concentrate on pointing my elbows down and not letting them drift back too much.

I suspect I need to make the same correction. I think I tend to try to jack my elbows back/up too far.

Only one of the sets was 12 reps, the others were a paltry 8!

Yeah, quite a bit of volume though.

    Thanks.

I guess that would be long torso, short arms and legs? Now if only I could get my bench anywhere near Karl's.
