I keep trying, unsuccessfully, to grow my beard out... It gets to the point where it's long and unruly, then I do a really bad job of trying to shape it with clippers, so I have to just trim it short again.... and repeat.
I've been debating going to a barber to see what a proper trim looks like, so thanks for the warning.

After I racked the set of 12 I hurt in places I didn't know a squat could make you hurt. It faded after a few minutes and I 'rewarded' myself with a density block of pull ups.
Next up deload week. Almost feels like I've earned it.
