    @RG tiny workout, a bit of light cardio then
    DL 1@405 tried 455 failed to budge one first try, got it a few inches off the ground next try.

    OHP 5,5,10@185 probably should have used a lower weight to move the bar faster. will do 185 again next week then go up 5 per week to 205
    light DLs @ 185 back didn't feel good so stopped there
    SMR (seated machine rows) 3x10@200,
    SCL (seated dumbbell curls) 3x10@35

    earlier tonight @RG
    yoga class at 8, a mild class that was comfortable and felt good, back felt a bit better
