    Today was the fourth 12 hour shift I've worked in a row; the last two were unexpected and it started taking it's toll on me.

    Squat

    I widened my stance a tad to where it was more of my actual shoulder width. My warm up sets felt strong and depth was great. I hit a wall with my first actual set and struggled on my second rep. Decided not to push it.

    I borderline bounced the last rep or so of the second set off my chest but otherwise these went well for my latest 5 rep PR.
