Completed my sixth day in a row at work and managed to get home a half hour early. Didn't waste it by sitting around; got right to training.

The main set felt pretty tough (hence why I only did two reps) but looking back at the footage I looked pretty strong. I'll go for three sets of three Tuesday. Either way I'm going to scale back to 320lb.

My last deadlift session went so well I had decided to go for 460. The bar barely budged for me; doubt I would have done any better if I had gone with my originally planned 455lb. At least I got a 5lb contest PR.
