Recovery has been terrible- 8 hours sleep past 2 days, missed meals at work 2 days in a row. Getting close to numbers I had prior. Decided to switch squats to HLM. Stopped after squats to eat dinner with the family. Just didn't have it today. Try to get a little more sleep before work, finish up tomorrow.
