    Buddy accidentally loaded extra 10 on second set of squats. Felt really weird but not out of balance. Unracked twice because felt like bar was slipping first unrack.

    Started to experiment with thumbs around squat grip. I liked it a lot. No pain after squat. Tend to try and lift with my hands and bend wrist to far. Also tried to "pin elbows to sides" advicd from Dr. Baraki that Alan Thrall relayed on his "How to Squat" video he posted today.
