Very hot today, like mid-summer hot. That made squats feel a lot harder than they should have. Probably have a nap on the agenda later today.

Sore AF from squats on Sunday. Other than feeling that and being tight during squats, the rest felt good. Moved easy.

Soreness gone. All felt good, mighta been a little loose squatting as my lower back was slightly toast.

Feet, low back, arms, shoulders, most everything felt tight or sore today. Several hour marathon on my son's car yesterday - bodywork so a LOT of pulling, yanking, holding, swearing, hammering, and the like. Both biceps felt not good while benching and I'm chalking that up to yesterday. Yesterday was like doing a lot of half-chins and holding it for minutes on end. Hands/fingers are pretty beat up, my lower arms/wrists are scraped and pissed too. Fun fun.
All reps completed, may have gotten an extra set in on bench too - lost count. At least I get to pound the calories today. Happy Easter, everyone!
