Squats are feeling really good lately. No left hip pain, knock on wood. Bench felt off today. Deadlifted like an asshole the first two sets then finally got my head out of my ass.
Was on the boat for half the day in the AM instead of lifting so my Sunday schedule was off. Took a nap which probably saved my bacon for lifting.
