DL was Rx'd as SLDL but I sub'd regular deadlift in. I need practice, for lack of a better word. Back again at working out of a rounding/slack back situ.

Press / Delt / Tricep

DB Press: 35x10x3 (had to gin this together with standard and "Oly" weights on standard handles) Fairly light.
Side Delt Raises: 15x10x3; 10x10; 5x10 (2 min rest, 0 rest between drop sets)
French Press: 60x8x3 Again, kinda light.
Dips: BWx13; 11; 10 (2 min rest)
Fluff day, I guess. Dat pump doe.
