    Nothing

My arms were too tired to do chins.

    ------

I sanded the walls of the front office and made a horrible mess.

Cut in the primer and primed. It took a long time.

I should have done this today. It's raining and way too humid. The joint compound started dissolving in the primer in a few places. Damn it. The window is open and fogged up.

My bathroom fan stopped working the other day. It came back, but doesn't sounds good. I ordered a replacement. I'll have to run another wire for the light. Back into the attic this weekend. . . . The Panasonics seem to be the best fans. Who knows. . . .

    Default Friday: Deadlift

    BW 208.2

    Deadlift
    135x5
    225x3
    315x1
    365x1
    405x3
    385x4
    365x5

My lower back feels better. My legs were fresh tonight, since I haven't run in a few days.

    Assault Bike
    2:00 @ 60 rpm = 25 cal.

    -----

Painted all the trim in the front office: around 2 doors, around 2 windows, crown molding, and baseboards. (The doors still need work, as do the windows themselves.) I went to HD this morning and got the best Behr to see if it was any good. It seems fine on the trim. The Marquis line covers well. A couple hours later, I started cutting in some blue on one wall to see if it will be over powering.

This is eggshell, it won't be shinny when it dries.

Got some banana plugs in for the basement sub hookup.

    Default Saturday: Run

    BW 208.4

    Run
    3.6 miles in 29:35 [PR]

That was 26 seconds faster than I've done this route and I did it after deadlifting 405 for a triple last night. I guess that might mean something if it was 500 for a single instead. But I'll take what I can get. . . .

    -----

Got another coat on some of the trim and painted a wall. I stupidly used some Home Dumpster rollers. They wouldn't stay on the handle. Junk. This is a problem when painting with the ridiculously fast drying glue that is BM Aura.

I think we are going to do the entire office this ridiculous color. Of course, we'll probably have to paint over it to sell the house. I'm going to pain the dressor in here white and put in a white Billy bookcase. It's my wife's office.

Worked on getting some more sample Cascade White on the landing. I think I'll just use this color. It's hard to see in this crappy picture though.

Default Sunday: Incline Bench (not good)

    BW 211.2

    Incline Bench Press
    45x5x2
    95x4
    135x2
    185x1
    210x4 (WTF)
    205x7
    200x7
    195x7

I just quit. My arm is too tired from painting all day.

    Assault Bike
    2:00 @ 60 rpm = 25 cal. (warm up)

Painted another wall in the front office. Cut in the upstairs landing with some home dumpster paint that I had made up with the BM color. It's pretty close. My arm is tired.

    Default Monday: Squat

    BW ?

    Bench Squat
    45x5x2
    135x3
    225x2
    295x10x4

    That was tiring.

    Assault Bike
    2:00 @60 rpm = 25 cal. (warm up)

Got a second coat on the landing. I don't like the Behr Marquee paint after all. It doesn't cover well. I thought that such a light color would be easy to cover primer. Nope. The BM Aura is weird and expensive, but you need half as much.

Started working on the stairs. There a lot to clean up.

    Default Tuesday: Press

    BW ?

    Seated Press

    120x3x4=12
    115x3x4=12

    170 is a seated PR, I think.

A prison Muslim tried to start a fight with me when I went to get some tacos for lunch in a shitty area. Piece of shit. Strange to see this kind of racist scum in the Mexican neighborhood. He did that thing where he spat on the ground right in front of me. And he didn't like my reaction. He pulled off his prison Muslim cap and muttered some shit. I just walked into the taco spot. No reason to go to jail today. Though it was tempting. I had a razor sharp Kershaw in my pocket that I was using while painting, but wouldn't have needed it. . . . People seem to want to fight me a lot. I'm not sure what it is.

Got a full first coat on the remaining two walls. It's shinny because it's wet. Ya, I'll have to paint this room if I want to sell the house. No big deal.

Primed the lower stair area after more sanding.

    Default Wednesday: LISS + Chins

    BW 208.2

    Run
    3.6 miles in 30:01

    Chin Up
    BW=210.2
    EMOM
    BWx6x10=60
    BWx5x5=25
    = 85 reps in 14:14

I cut most reps a little short at the bottom, since my pull up bar is so low. My numbers would be worse if these were all full ROM.

    Assault Bike
    2:00 @60 rpm = 25 cal.

    ------

Got a second coat on the lower stairs. Painted a triangle the light gray we are using the stair area and landing.

Unmasking: The lines aren't perfect, but they are pretty good. I can fix the major flaws.

    Primed the upper stairs.

Tried some alkyd enamel on the banister.

Got a second coat on the last two walls in the front office.

Now I have to figure out how to paint the walls in the stair well. I can't seem to get my ladder in place. This won't be fun.

    Assault Bike

Cleaned up the front office and put stuff back in place. I'm painting the dresser soon.

Need to get a white Billy from the Swedes to replace that shelf. And some wire management is in order.

Got a coat on the rest of the risers.

    225x3
    315x1
    365x1

I stopped. I'm weak and tired and my lower back doesn't feel good. I'll deadlift again on Monday or Tuesday.

    Default Saturday: Run

    starting strength coach development program
    BW 209.2

    Run
    3.98 miles in 33:14

I was going to incline press, but the DOMS in my arms are pretty bad. That density block of LTEs on Thursday did me in. There's always tomorrow.

    -----

Experimented on the railing with Alkyd paint.

Put some light grey for temporary relief.

    I'm working on these gaps.
