    Weight loss is a good idea. But bench is probably my least neglected lift at this point. Injury has continued to improve. Leaving for week-long vacation, but I'll try to lift a couple times on the road also. Once in Chicago and once in Dayton area (Manveer, want to have me over?)

    7/31/2017 - Pulls

    Felt very weak today. Worked up to two triples at 405. One sumo and one conventional. Sumo is hard. Using mixed grip makes the knee on the supine side hurt. That can't be good.

    Edit: made it back alive. Went .88 miles at a 12:40 pace. Can't run more than a block at a time. Pathetic. How am I so out of shape.

    I just feel like my cardio state is too pathetic for words, and that I should be able to run a stinkin' mile.

    I won't be peeling the "0.0 - Running Sucks" sticker off my car any time soon.
