Hell will have long since frozen over. I was gaining weight (up to 183lbs) then I dropped the ball again.

Oh yeah, I'm 20 now and will probably do my first powerlifting meet on September 16th-17th of this year in Abbotsford, BC. Goals for the meet are to put up a 3-lift total. That's it. Because anything is an improvement over 0.
