Not surprisingly, this was a pretty tough workout to get through. This is the first day in weeks that I've trained at normal volumes, so my work capacity is in the shitter. I actually felt a little queasy at a couple of points during the session, which I haven't experienced in years. Anyway, I'm glad to have this one behind me.
