    Volume day:
    Squat-270X3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3
    Bench-225X5,5,5,5,5
    Sldl-205X5,5

    Notes:
since I technically wasn't supposed to increase weight on the squat if I followed the 90% of intensity day rule I decided to increase the weight and just do triples which actually lowered the tonnage, and discovered I REALLY prefer triples to 5's.
I love bench press. Nothing else to say here, solid, strict tng reps.
Sldl's were the only downside I decided I stop after two sets when the started chewing the crap outta my hands.

    Gpp:

    Hammer curls
    Bike intervals

All I had patience for I'll add a little onto light day gpp's pretty boring.

    Light day:
    Squat- 215X5,5
    Incline- 135X8,8,8
    Tricep push downs
    Lateral raises
    Ab rollouts

Notes: incline was just silly easy probably need a little more weight. Definitely didn't bug the shoulders like pressing does. Saw two guys squatting in the gym and one of them was below parallel! That's a pretty rare sight to see usually the only other people I see squatting are girls.

Nice work. Saw you mentioned your hands getting chewed up - are you using chalk? It made a HUGE difference for me.

Thanks for the comment brkriete. I've always used chalk for my deadlifts but I'm being more liberal about it on my stiff legs now and that definitely seems to be helping. You got a log around here?

    Yesterday's intensity day:
    Squat- 300X3,3
    Bench- 245X3,3
    Sumo- 280X5

    Notes
Second set of bench was easier then the first. That was kind if weird but I've been noticing my first set on bench sucks lately.

Squat wasn't to bad but my back gets a little round at the bottom.

Pulled a set of sumo I think I'm going to do a set of each on intensity day from now on.

Easily the worst day I have had thus far on the texas method.

    Bench- 230X5,5,3,3,4
Bench wasn't awful but it felt like I had about 260 in my hands. Couldn't get tight, couldn't stay focused, bar path was awful.

    Squat- 275X1,1
Holy crap. This is where it fell apart. Felt like I had about 350 on my back. No bounce out of the hole on either, form was awful (and it usually isn't great) I don't know if I've ever had that kind of performance loss from one workout to the next
    .
Didn't even wanna think about stiff legs. So I wrapped it up with a few sets of leg press
Any words of wisdom would be appreciated, this was bad.
