    Today was a day for sure. I went and tried out lifetime fitness on Roswell rd. 100% as you would expect it would be plus a few extra squat racks and some eliko bars spread around to look like someone knew what they were doing. They dont mind DL and better they dont mind if you bring chalk. I can make it work, I'll have to. I cant drive halfway across the city to the gym. I'm not excited about paying crossfit prices but I am so damn limited on choices right now. To try and make it more worth it I want to move to a 4 day split and start advanced novice. Squat Press Mon/Thur DL Bench Tue/Fri. Everything by 5lbs for 1 more week unless I feel somehow super amazing then i'll do 2. Make 1 day a light day the other stays 5x3. Light press will be wider grip to focus on upper back and light DL will be sumo/PC. Keep riding that and morph the thing into a 4 day TM eventually. My nutrition is pretty fucked right now but I'm sleeping well so most of this is probably just smoke as usual.

    BW 200

    2 day lift week so I waited until today. Going to sit on 2 day week for this week since school ends. Still havent committed yet to a new gym. Lifetime is getting more tempting but I want to land a job before committing to that kind of $. I am going to talk to the crossfit boxes but similarly they arent cheap. Didn't squat or do pull ups today because I had tutoring at 7. Plating 400lbs for DL just felt wrong so I went for 405 and did just fine. Wishing I had video'd because I think some of my form aspects were on point today and others felt off. I forgot I was only jumping by 5s on bench and did 195 TnG with a couple pauses. I paused all the warm up reps and I'm ok with that going forward.

    Lifted at my buddies place today. Love the company and the AC. No shocker that I had an awesome day. Zero complaints for once. I felt good and shit moved good. I do love and appreciate a day where everything is on. I paused all of my press reps and I was sitting damn near perfect in the squat. My squat sets got better each time. I miss recorded my last press session so I repeated 155. Felt great.

    5 min amrap pull ups 21. Did sets of 3 and paced myself. His bar is super comfortable to do these on.

    Lifted at my buddies again today. After a long weekend of drinkin and not eating really, today went about as well as I could hope. I hit all reps and felt alright doin it. All in all a good day.

    Light squats 135x5 185x3 225x2 275x1 295x5x2

    DL 135x5 185x3 225x2 295x1 345x1 370x1straps 410x3x2 straps form is getting better. Keeping my back set is finally a challenge. I'm excited to have challenges related to pulling.

    Got my shoes!!!!!! inov-8 fastlifts were here when i got home. They are so solid. Definitely going to try them out tomorrow.

    Lifted at m friends place again. I'm going to ride up to Roswell barbell in the next few days and sign up at least for the short term. Final job situation will dictate further. Looking forward to it so I can get on a 4 day split. Had a good day in the new shoes, they felt pretty damn awesome. Couple minor issues but they are by far better than chucks. I made squats harder than they needed to be. It wasn't until set 3 that I found the grove and was able to get out of my legs. Pressing went perfectly with them. I never realized how much of my wobble pressing was from the shoes. I'm going to attempt DL in these too.

    Squat 135x5 185x3 225x2 275x1 315x1 340x1 365x5x3 still got some room to go on these guys. 380 isn't unreasonable and 390 might be in the cards.

    Press 95x5 115x3 135x2 155x1 160x5x3 all paused. Crushed this. It's going to take a real off day for me to fail.

    5 min pulls 21 did 7 triples. Ladders will be coming soon if this stays consistent.

    Went and checked out Roswell barbell. They just opened so their equipment isnt the best but I am stoked at having that kind of facility that close to work. Going to go 3 times this week since i've been on 2 for so long now. Then to the 4 day split the following week and get this shit show rolling. Tomorrow will be DL, bench, light squats, and of course pull ups. Might start trying to ladder these now or increase the Amrap time to 6 minutes for this week.

    BW 203. Had chinese buffet and half an XL pizza yesterday. Was bound to be a good day.

    First day at Roswell Barbell and it was a good one. I was sweating like I had eaten all of the above about 10 minutes beforehand, but it was a good experience. Met the owner who turns out is a pretty cool dude. Crushed all my lifts. Squatted in between bench and DL instead of at the end, some dudes were on the benches and it timed out perfectly. DL form looked good, squats were awesome with the new shoes except for forgetting to put my knee sleeves on. I repped out all my working sets on bench and paused all the warmups.

    BW 202 ate pretty good again. Pizza from sunday party is finally gone. BW should settle down again.

    Went early today, still on break between jobs so I had no reason to wait. Had an energy drink and went. Had to back off the 3 day week this week because of obligations Friday and Saturday. Squats felt really good, 3rd set slowed down a lot but I'm not nervous yet. I did decide to wear the new shoes, and they felt awesome. Press got heavy real fast although the 3rd set went better than the first, maybe rust type thing. I still paused all the reps but wore the belt for all 3 sets.

    I disnt post at all this week. I was really busy and didnt think about it, but I did do almost all of the workouts. Monday was light squat and press, tuesday DL and bench, Friday squats bench and light press.

    Best lifts of the week

    DL 420x3x2 straps

    squat 375x5x3 am going to continue with sets across next week

    bench 220x5x3 definitely getting heavy

    press 167.5x5x3 all pause and 170x3x3 these were repped out on friday
