Deadlift: 60x10, [100,140]x5, 170x3, 190x1, 200x1.
SLDL: 100x5, 147.5x5x3
Squat: [60,100,130]x5, 150x10.
Had more back control during deadlifts today - and felt like a little more strength as well. Loaded up 205 then unloaded it. Too many singles on this dumb-ass lift of late. Got some solid work in via the unbelted SLDLs which were pretty straightforward but killers of the mitts (had done 7 sets hook-grip by the end of them). I think I also did my heaviest set of ten on squats. Squeee! Forgot to breathe for the last rep & felt like I was drowning. That seemed like enough, so it was.

Chins: 5x5.
Felt super awesome earlier in the day. As fortune would have it, that didn't carry over to later in the day. Got worn out quickly & limped home for a solid 'managed to turn up on the day' placing. Could be delayed deadlift day hangover. My press Pamplona has officially ended, so I'll be looking at programming for that now. Elbow is pretty fucked so I need to figure out what to do with it.

Squat KUA Cycle 5/Week 3

Pretty chuffed with the session - PR by +5kg and managed a double. Not entirely sure why I decided to go all Mariana Trench on the second rep, but no bits of me ruptured, broke, or flew off, so 'sall good. I guess there'll be a cycle 6 then.
Squat: 20x10, [70,100]x5, 120x3, 150x2, [170,190]x1, 200x2 (PR), 175x4x4
Chins: 8x3
You were trying to help me straighten out my wonky hips on my squat a while ago. 440 lbs is a very strong squat and a nice landmark. Great job!
