Density block stuff still seems legit, in that there is actual progression happening. Maybe LFMAO1PLAET curls on my dance card soon. Just don't ever apply a density block to squats. Just thinking about it gets my ball punching hand quivering with rage.

Good news on various leg things! How does that kind of curl volume treat your tendons?

Sorry your hammies are so gone, but nice work regardless! More than 6 reps on the squat is firmly in the "no fun" camp!

Thanks! The curl stuff seems fine. Might even count as prehab. Heavy squats seem to have more of an impact on my elbows, but that's been pretty good of late.

Gone but not forgotten. The injured one still gets a bit of a crampy feel, but it's holding up well. I think I should be ok as stuff gets heavier.

Same leg but different muscle i believe. Current count is 3xleft leg (1 major adductor, 2 mild hamstring) and 1xright leg (mild adductor). This is my first time with a deadlift cause, others were all squats.

Felt good doing an intensity session today. Had a few poor food days last week while doing some external training for work. Didn't have the negative effect I'd been worried about. Woo.

    Press(B&W): 91x[4,4]

    Session: Wheezy

Asthma? Haven't had this shit in a couple of decades. Unless it's something else. Pumped full of anti-allergy meds just in case. Fucking annoying. Particularly for a night of 10+

    Squat: 160x10x3
    SLDL: 120x12x2
    Curls (7 min density)//57x33

Oh dear, why did you do sets of 10 and 12 when suffering from asthma? The anti-allergies never help with the wheezing feelings, only inhaler can do if for me
