Thanks! The curl stuff seems fine. Might even count as prehab. Heavy squats seem to have more of an impact on my elbows, but that's been pretty good of late.
Gone but not forgotten. The injured one still gets a bit of a crampy feel, but it's holding up well. I think I should be ok as stuff gets heavier.

Felt good doing an intensity session today. Had a few poor food days last week while doing some external training for work. Didn't have the negative effect I'd been worried about. Woo.

Asthma? Haven't had this shit in a couple of decades. Unless it's something else. Pumped full of anti-allergy meds just in case. Fucking annoying. Particularly for a night of 10+

Oh dear, why did you do sets of 10 and 12 when suffering from asthma? The anti-allergies never help with the wheezing feelings, only inhaler can do if for me
