Ok so I thought it prudent to move to an intermediate log in a timely fashion. It's only been about a year after I stopped doing LP stuff. I figured if the Avalanches can release a new album, I can damn do the right thing and stop cluttering up the shit of my fine LP afflicted compatriots. Old log.

I probably should have some summary stuff here for the first page. So:
48, somewhere between 105 & 110 kg, lifting solidly since around September 2014 with several injury/illness/holiday breaks, vegetarian but all of my best friends are cow eating bitchfaces so don't expect preachy. My three favourite non-people non-lifting things in life are beer, cheese & coffee.

    Bench KUA Cycle 4/Week 2

    Session Rating:

    (but in a good way)

    Bench: 20x10x2, [60,80]x5, 100x2, 120x1, 130x3, 120x4x4.
    Press: 20x10, 40x5, 65x10x3.
    Curls: 20x10, 40x10, 45x10x2.

Top set felt good. Maybe had another but didn't want to grind. Same for last back-off set. Curls hurt my bung elbow a little, but hopefully in a good way.

which would have been how I would describe my life as a doctoral student. I think my version is better.

Thanks for the warm down-home intermediate forum welcome fellow intermidiots. I solemnly swear I will strive to uphold the precepts, values and cultural norms upon which the forum is based.
