    I was feeling good today, and my back was getting better, so I was looking forward to lifting.

    SQ: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 50 x 5, 75 x 3, 100 x 1, 115 x 1, 130 kg x 5. This was all right, but I had to work for it. Felt good!

    DL: 50 kg x 5, 75 x 3, 100 x 1, 120 x 1, 140 x 1, 160 kg x 5. Huh, that got my heartbeat going! Weight was ok, tho.

    SGDL: 128 kg x 5 x 2. These were all right, felt almost easy after the 160 kg deads.

    So, good day today.

    I'm getting ready for dinner and a beer!

    Today was press and bench volume day.

    OHP: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 30 x 5, 40 x 3, 49 x 1, 54 kg x 5 x 5.

    The weight on the bar was slightly reduced by 1.5 kg from last cycle to go together better with intensity day. This was ok, I did all the reps fairly quickly.


    CGBP: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 40 x 5, 55 x 3, 61 x 1, 69 kg x 8 x 3.


    This was all right. I had to work against the weight, but it wasn't difficult. I had my hands on the smooth middle part of the bar, with the little fingers just touching the knurling.



    This was a good day, and my back is much better too!

    Today was volume squat day.

    SQ: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 50 x 5, 75 x 3, 100 x 1, 117.5 kg x 5 x 5.

    This is getting heavy, but it was also very enjoyable! The second, third and fourth set was the best sets. The first set and the fifth set was not as good, I had slight problems with form. Depth was borderline, but probably ok. Just about.

    Barbell rows: 50 kg x 5, 70 x 3, 90 kg x 8r x 3s.

    Another good day!
