    SQ: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 50 x 5, 75 x 3, 100 x 1, 120 x 1, 136 kg x 5r x 4s. Heavy, heavy, heavy, heavy. Got it done, tho.

    Light press: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 30 x 5, 40 x 3, 50 x 1, 55.5 kg x 3r x 6s. Nice and easy.

    SGDL: 50 kg x 5, 80 x 3, 105 x 1, 127 kg x 6r x 4s. Not too bad.

Upper intensity day. Running weekly rotating rep ranges now on all lifts except the squat.

    Press: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 30 x 5, 40 x 3, 50 x 1, 60 x 1, 68 kg x 3r x 2s. A bit slow, but not too bad. Back-off sets was 60 kg x 5 x 2.

    Bench: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 40 x 5, 60 x 3, 75 x 1, 92 kg x 5. This was fairly "easy". Back-off sets was 81 kg x 5 x 2.

This is the first 68 kg work set on the press. The other set was similar.

    Intensity squat: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 50 x 5, 75 x 3, 100 x 1, 117 x 1, 135 x 1, 150 kg x 4, 135 x 5, 120 x 5. 150 kg is a 4 rep PR for me on the squat. The fourth rep was heavier than it looks.

    Deads: 50 kg x 5, 75 x 3, 100 x 1, 125 x 1, 150 x 1, 171 kg x 5. Heavy, but no problem once I got started. I had to take an extra breath or two before the fifth rep.

    Thank you Nanette!

As usual it was my mind that was the biggest obstacle. But I'm starting to move some weight in the squat again, and that is a good feeling.

Good stuff Jan, congrats! I think Rip's got it all wrong with his emphasis on hip drahve in the squat. The squat actually relies on mind drahve. Cerebral chain development man.
