"I enjoyed the press"
such a phrase shall never pass these lips

Press: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 30 x 5, 41 x 3, 52.5 x 1, 63.5 kg x 3r x 6s. The first and the fourth set was kinda slow, the rest of the sets were all right.
More press: 48.5 kg x 12, 45 kg x 12. Huh! These got my heart rate going!
Chin-ups with black band: 8r x 5s. Nothing much to say about this.
"Dips": 8r x 4s. Well, I haven't done dips before that I can remember. And my bodyweight is higher than what I can bench press. So I did "cheat dips", that is my toes were on the floor behind me. So I used my legs to help. A bit like bro bench, my legs telling my arms
"it's all you, bro, it's all you!" Well, probably better than not doing them.
Then I was supposed to do curls, but I didn't. Those "dips" used up all my energy.
Still , pretty good day, and I enjoyed the press.

I love doing dips. They just don't fit into my program/schedule anywhere right now.
How much assistance were you giving yourself? I bet you'll be at unassisted before long.
I usually do curls as part of my press/bench warmup, to keep sore biceps and elbows at bay.
i tried dips and for some reason i think they caused me wrist problems.
lol
How much assistance, well, difficult to say. Probably more than I'd like to think. Having tried them now I realize they are useful, but since I'm on Andy's program now I don't know when I will do dips next time.
Yeah, I used wrist wraps to be on the safe side.

SQ: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 50 x 5, 75 x 3, 100 x 1, 117 x 1, 133 kg x 3r x 6s. This was all right.
SLDL: 50 kg x 5, 75 x 3, 100 x 1, 117 x 1, 130 kg x 3 x 3. Haven't done much SLDLs before, but I got these done better than I thought I would.
GPP circuit. This included sit-ups, and I haven't done those in many, many, many years. My abs were in knots afterwards, so I should probably do sit-ups regularly.
Pretty good day!
sit ups!?!?!?!
many years for me as well
Yeah, terrible things they are.
