Congrats on the PR! And a snappy one, at that. It looked like you definitely have 200 kg already. Well done!

Great strong work on that PR, I wonder what your Secret potion is, can it be the beer?
Doing four different WO's spread out beyond the tractional week seems.like.a.great plan.
Thank you Justin! I am happy that I got that one done.
Thanks Shane! Yes, 200 kg seems like a possibility now.
Thank you Levi! When I started lifting two years ago I never imagined I would get his far.
Thanks Lasse! Beer helps for everything!
Thanks Jerry! Yes, Andy's programming seems to work for me.

Press day!
OHP: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 30 x 5, 40 x 3, 50 x 1, 60 x 1, 70 x 1, 75 kg x Fail, Fail. Crap.
That would have been a new PR, but it was not to be. The first try was an epic grinder that stopped with about 5 cm ( or 2" for you American people ) to go.
I just couldn't straighten my arms all the way. The second try barely got going at all. I am of course extremely depressed about the whole thing ......
More pressing: 56 kg x 6 x 3. This was all right, of course.
Military press: 49.5 kg x 12, 46 kg x 12. Cardio press.
I was supposed to do more stuff, but I ran out of energy. Or willpower, take your pick.
At least the sun is shining outside!
I'm late to the party, but congrats on that massive pull! Definitely have more KG's on there
Also, don't feel bad about the press fail. I think this is the most unpredictable lift. You'll get it next time, good sir.
Thank you very much!
Sure, it really isn't a big deal, but I still feel a bit down about it. Which is a good thing, because it inspires me to try harder next time! Also, don't feel bad about the press fail. I think this is the most unpredictable lift. You'll get it next time, good sir.
Even with a big delay I want to congratulate on that pull. Next time I expect to see 200!
