BP: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 40 x 5, 55 x 3, 70 x 1, 80 x 1, 90 x 1, 100 x 1, 105 x 1, 108 kg x 1. New PR!
I haven't done any heavy bench for a couple of weeks because of my shoulder. So I didn't know what to expect today. I just increased the weight slowly to see how it would turn out.
The 105 kg was a new PR, but that was fairly easy, so I increased to 108 kg and got that one too. Shoulder held up well.
More bench: 75.5 kg x 12, 11, 10. That was max reps at 70% of new 1RM. By now the shoulder was getting a bit bothered, but not too bad.
OHP: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 30 x 5, 40 x 3, 47.5 x 1, 53 kg x 8 x 5. This was all right, even if it felt a bit weird during warm ups because I was tired from the bench stuff. It got better during the work sets, tho.
Rows, strict: 50 kg x 5, 70 x 3, 80 kg x 8 x 5. This was easier than I expected, no problem.
Then I did some rotator cuff stuff.
So this was pretty good, I'm happy that I finally got my bench going, even if there is still much work to do.
Nice bench PR Jan!! Careful with that shoulder, I know you like hitting the volume. Awesome lifting.
nice!!

SQ: 20 kg x 5 x 2, 50 x 5, 75 x 3, 100 x 1, 117 x 1, 137 x 1, 152 x 1, 165 kg x 1. This was a new PR.
Or so I thought, until I looked at the video on my phone. That squat would have got at least two, probably 3 red lights at a meet. I didn't make full depth. So I will count it as a small personal pr, but not a PR.
Then I did some more SQ at 70% of the new small pr: 115.5 kg x 8 x 3. This was all right.
After that I was supposed to do some assistance exercises, but I suddenly realized I was done for the day.
Great job with all those PRs!
